A second chance is opening up for candidates dreaming of a university education. Based on the results of the 2025-YKS, the additional placement preference period will begin on September 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM and will end on September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM. During this time, candidates will have the opportunity to submit their preferences through ÖSYM's official system and take a step toward the university of their dreams.

The additional placement period offers a major opportunity for candidates who were not placed in their desired program during the first round or who wish to revise their choices.
