Turkish and Chinese delicacies from Ekol Gıda chefs
Istanbul Gelisim University School of Applied Sciences hosted Ekol Gıda Chefs Barış Sönmezışık, Ahmet Tuna Akmantar, Ahmet Bilal Güler, and Ekol Gıda officer Bahar Gülbeyaz in the applied kitchen event.
In the event organized by Lecturers of the Department of Gastronomy İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak and Murat Mutlu Tokay Ekol Gıda chefs gave the kitchen training to the students with their products, especially from World cuisine. The guests, who made the most popular and famous products of Chinese cuisine with three local flavors from Turkish cuisine, were given a plaque of appreciation on behalf of Istanbul Gelisim University.
