OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to enable students to acquire the knowledge and competence to make effective and efficient decisions in today's businesses by learning contemporary approaches and practices in management science.
Contents of the Course Unit: To introduce modern management approaches to the change, uncertainty, competition and technology-based problems faced by businesses.

Explains contemporary management approaches and their relevance to change, uncertainty, competition, and technology-driven business environments.
Analyzes organizational change processes, innovation management practices, and learning organization models in response to global business dynamics.
Applies modern management techniques—such as conflict management, negotiation, internal entrepreneurship, and information-based decision-making—to managerial scenarios and case studies.
Evaluates the impact of modern technologies and corporate social responsibility practices on organizational effectiveness, sustainability, and strategic performance.
