| Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to help students gain the ability to discuss the process of club management strategy implementations and to conduct SWOT analysis of a sports organization. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; terms and concepts related to strategic management, elements of strategic planning process, vision and mission of a sports club, external and internal environment analysis (SWOT analysis). |
