Can explain the functioning of digital health systems by defining the organizational structure of public and private healthcare institutions, digital healthcare service processes, and the units involved in these processes.
Can apply digital health information systems, electronic patient records, and data entry-control processes correctly, effectively, and in accordance with legislation within the scope of polyclinic, clinic, and unit-based applications.
Can use software (Mia-MED, etc.) used within Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) at a basic level and manage appointment, patient admission, hospitalization, examination, and service processes through the relevant modules.
Can define the fee, provision, billing, and financial data flows carried out through digital health systems in accordance with health management and business principles and evaluate the process holistically.
Can implement electronic patient files, digital archiving, internal correspondence, document management, e-signature, and electronic record systems within the framework of relevant legislation and ethical rules.
Can effectively manage patient referral, discharge, reporting, and communication processes through digital health systems, adapt to teamwork, and develop professional responsibility and ethical awareness.
