Objectives of the Course Unit:	Teaching management, management functions in general terms, and organizational functions in detail.
Contents of the Course Unit:	It covers topics related to management and organization, including management, managers, organizational principles, organizational forms, and organizational charts.

Understand the basic concepts, principles, and historical development of management and organization theories.
