OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the course is to enable students to develop innovative business ideas and understand the entrepreneurial process. The course provides basic knowledge and skills in areas such as business plan preparation, resource identification, and risk management. It also aims to increase students' potential to establish and sustainably manage their own businesses.
Contents of the Course Unit: It provides basic information on the concept of entrepreneurship, the characteristics of entrepreneurs, and types of entrepreneurship. Developing business ideas, preparing business plans, financing sources, and marketing strategies are among the course's focal points. In addition, business establishment processes, legal regulations, and current applications of entrepreneurship are examined.

Explains the fundamental concepts, types, and processes of entrepreneurship, including strategic, social, global, and intra-entrepreneurship.
Analyzes opportunity recognition, innovation capabilities, social capital, and market conditions in the development of new business ideas.
Applies business planning principles by preparing a structured business plan that includes market analysis, financing sources, marketing strategies, and risk management.
Evaluates entrepreneurial ventures in terms of sustainability, institutionalization, ethical responsibility, and long-term competitive advantage.
Develops an innovative and feasible start-up concept by integrating strategic entrepreneurship, technology, and resource management considerations.
