The student can define digital health service processes in public and private healthcare institutions, explain the units involved in these processes, and describe the functioning of digital health systems.
The student can correctly and effectively implement digital health information systems, electronic patient records, and data entry-control processes used in outpatient and clinical services.
The student can use software (Mia-MED, etc.) used within the scope of Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) at a basic level and can manage appointment, admission, hospitalization, and examination processes through the relevant modules.
The student can define the fee, provision, billing, and financial data flows carried out within the scope of digital health systems in accordance with health management and business principles.
The student can implement electronic patient files, digital archiving, internal correspondence, document management, e-signature, and record systems within the framework of legislation and ethical rules.
The student can adapt to teamwork and apply professional responsibility by carrying out patient referral, discharge, reporting, and communication processes through digital health systems.
