Quality Management Unit
Istanbul Gelişim University Oral and Dental Health Application and Research Center Quality Management Unit continues its work with a holistic approach in national and international arenas within the framework of the Health Quality Standards of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health and the legal regulations it is obliged to comply with.
As the Quality Management Unit;
- To ensure coordination of the work carried out within the framework of Quality Standards in Healthcare,
- To follow up the work towards corporate goals and objectives,
- Conducting self-assessments,
- To manage the processes related to the Adverse Event Notification System,
- Managing processes related to risk management,
- Managing studies on measuring patient and employee feedback surveys (such as survey applications, evaluation of survey results, improvement studies on survey results),
- To ensure management of documents within the framework of Quality Standards in Healthcare,
- To manage processes regarding quality indicators,
- Participating as a member in committees determined within the framework of Quality Standards in Healthcare is among our activities.
